9. Open the Interface pane of the Preferences dialog box. In the Options
section, choose Immediate in the Live Screen Drawing menu.
Remember, preferences are accessed in the InDesign
menu on Macintosh and in the Edit menu on Windows.
InDesign includes a number of dynamic, on-screen
preview capabilities that show drawing changes as you
make them. The default option, Delayed, requires you
to hold down the mouse button for a couple of seconds before the dynamic previews
appear. By choose the Immediate option, dynamic redrawing previews appear as soon
as you click the mouse button.
