While Against The Clock makes every effort to publish error-free books, occasional errors will appear in books and files. If we are aware of any corrections in your book, the changes and comments will be listed within your account. If there are any errata for your book, they will be available for download from the Errata Block in your account.
If there are no changes or errors, this block will hold no available files.
Once you purchase your eBook and complete your purchase, your eBook will be available to read directly from within your Against The Clock (ATC) Account.
No Special Reader is required.
Be sure you are logged in. Come to My Account>My Account & Files. Your eBook will be available in the "View My eBook" Block. Click once to launch the eBook. It will open in a new tab so that you can come back quick and easily to your account to access your ATC Videos and Online Tests.
All individual printed book orders are shipped in bubble-packed envelopes with cardboard protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Refunds are only offered on current versions of Against The Clock books. As of January 1, 2025, only 2025 editions will be accepted for return. Titles from 2024 or earlier are not eligible..

Printed books sent for Return must ARRIVE back in original condition at our location within 21 days of purchase date. All shrink-wrapped books must be unopened.
The Codes on the inside back covers of the books must not be used, and there must be no stickers, residue, or any other damage to the book and/or its cover.
The book must be in resalable condition.
You must request and receive a Return Authorization before shipping any items back for a refund to be considered. You may Contact us by phone or email.
Package your return carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect, resalable condition. Because all orders are shipped via ground or air, you may need to repackage your return to protect it in transit. If possible, use the boards included in your package to secure and protect your return.
Include your original order receipt within your package, and please include your email address and phone contact. Your return shipment will be inspected upon arrival. As long as the order arrives in perfect condition, a Credit will be issued immediately.
A 15% Re-stocking fee will apply to all returns.
