The Project Portfolio Design Awards are your chance to gain national recognition for your creative and technical design skills.

Prizes range from your work being displayed in the Against The Clock Web Gallery, to cash prizes, to possibly having your work published in an upcoming ATC book.

Winner’s contact information and links to their own web sites will be displayed in the ATC gallery — an excellent way to gain recognition and perhaps land your next project.

Submit Your Portfolio Builder Projects and Gain Recognition!

The Against The Clock Project Portfolio Design Awards require participants to test both their creative talents and their working knowledge of Adobe graphic design software. Prizes range from your work being displayed in the Against The Clock Portfolio Gallery, to cash prizes, to possibly having your work published in an upcoming ATC book.

The contest is based on the Portfolio Builder projects in the Against The Clock Professional Portfolio Series of books; winners will be selected based on their unique and creative ways of solving clients’ needs, as explained in those projects. Entry in the Project Portfolio Design competition is open to both students and self-learners.

Contest Rules

• Submissions.
  The contest is broken into five different categories: Photoshop, Illutrator, InDesign, Flash, and Dreamweaver (one for each book in the Against The Clock Professional Portfolio Series). You’re welcome to enter more than one contest categories, but you can only submit one project for each of the five categories.
• Submission Dates.
  The contest is held twice a year. Submission close dates are November 15th and April 15th of each year and will be accepted for 30 days prior to those dates. Winners are chosen 90 days following submission-closing dates.
• Judging.
  Entires will be judged on the following criteria: Overall Design (25%),
  Originality (15%), Understanding Client Needs (25%), Technical Skills (35%). Winners are determined by the highest cumulative score of the above criteria.

How to Enter

• Download and print the Official Entry Form.
• Carefully read the rules and guidelines included with the Official Entry Form.
  Only fully completed entries will be considered for judging in this Contest.
• Mail the completed Official Entry Form with your Portfolio Builder Project to:
  ATC Portfolio Builder Contest , 4710 N 28th Street, St. Petersburg, Florida 33704.
• All entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period.
